Suno guys: kitni baar khena pdega ki..love handle a part of fat ..to use alg se kyu dekhte ho ki kase km kre..are bhai fat loss ka fnda hi lgega ..chahe khe b ho ..yaa jis treh love handle ka fat late burn hota use treh yha ka fat aata b to late h..so guys whi baat h..calorie deficit + 40 mint weight training +20 mint cardio + rich protein and low card diet ..no junk food and.alchohal..❤ Note: A better result always comes late .❤❤❤

A video would be helpful on: Lot of confusion around intake of whey protein. If we decide to take 2 scoops a day what is the best recommendation? 1 scoop after workout and 1 scoop before bed? What is the minimum gap we should maintain between protein intake and next meal and vice versa? Is it fine to consume protein supplement on a rest day or when there is a gap of few days before we resume workout?
