Nikkie most likely signed a NDA or it was in her contract that she couldn't say anything about what goes on behind closed doors. If she had said something then Too Faced could sue her and the situation would be even more messy. This whole thing was spoken about in the video. She got a great quality palette that she chose everything for and then it was changed by Too Faced when it went into production. Bound by a NDA or the contract, she legally couldn't say anything about it.

Let me give you guys a little background on my experience with Too Faced & Jerrod. I used to love all their products, had EVERY single palette including the peach(which I waited by the computer for 12 hours to get in the first launch) and I was a loyal customer. Fast forward to when Estée Lauder acquires Too Faced; no big deal to me but there was a LOT of issues with customers who were unhappy that a cruelty free company sold to a non cruelty free company, and are "claiming" to still be cruelty free. Again, I don't only use cruelty free products, so I just kept it moving. Fast forward to when Too Faced partnered with PETA, and posted about it. I, being the informed person I am, am aware PETA does have a lot of nation wide support and they do try to bring awareness to animal cruelty including in beauty. BUT PETA euthanizes more than 90% of the animals they capture, because they can't find a home,etc. I'm sorry, you can claim to be cruelty free all you want but euthanizing an animal just because you can't find a home doesn't sound so cruelty free to me. Yes it's the most humane way possible .. but that doesn't change the fact that an animal is dead because it came into PETA's hands. So I commented this information under Too Faced's post, because 1) they sold to a company that is not cruelty free & 2) partnered with an organization that kills 90% of the animals they get.. doesn't sound so "Cruelty free" to me. I was blocked. By both Too Faced and Jerrod. And its when I realized they knew exactly what they're doing, exactly what they're trying to hide, and MONEY is more important to them than anything else. I stopped supporting the brand because of their new lack of moral code and their unwillingness to accept responsibility for their actions. Yes you sold out!!! But don't still claim you're the same brand and person, because you're not. Anyways, point is, I have no doubt in my mind Jerrod & Too Faced knew they were playing Nikkie, sat back and let it happen. Regardless if the palette was crappy, they were going to make a profit, and they ensured Nikkie would not get what she deserves, because their focus now is only to make as much money as possible without morality.
