4:30 How can I open Orch Harp, Pimpin Flute or other instruments outside of Maschine? I own the expansion, but I can't find it on my Komplete Kontrol. I would appreciate any help :)

Do you have Kontakt? If you do, type in the name of the instrument you want to import, find the samples for it, then drag and drop them into an empty Kontakt... You can then use automap to put them on your keyboard. Probably have to do some research to get the automap to work. I might try to do a video on this! (but it does require Kontakt unfortunately... and takes some work!)

It would be a good thing to know which expansions aren't part of komplete 12/13 collectors edition. it's a bit complicated to figure that out.

Sorry, how is this difficult? LOL! www.native-instruments.com/en/products/komplete/bundles/komplete-13/compare/ Look at the far right column. Ones there are not in the other columns are not part of the non-Collector Edition... Columns are in the same order, so it's super easy to spot the ones you don't have in your Komplete edition. If it's not in the right-most column, you cannot get it with any Komplete edition, only by itself (these are probably the best buys). HTH!

Is there a way to tell if an expansion is already in your possession while shopping their site remotely??? I am on the Komplete CE and I think it's silly that theg don't seem to put a little icon on each expansion. I'm afraid to buy unless I'm right on my studio PC.

@@jefgibbons thanks for responding. I have Kontakt but never created multi-sampled instruments in it. I typically use my MPC Live for that, but it's a tedious process. A question for you if you know. I assume no, but Is it possible to chop/slice Expansion loops directly in Komplete Kontrol? I know we can change start/end points, but wondered if it was possible to chop and play slices. I'm considering trying it in Battery since it's NKS compatible.

I have Komplete 13 Collectors Ed or whatever the top most tier is .. so there aren't really any expansions that are not already included.. maybe 2 or 3 if that?? would that be right?

HELP !!! I want to be able to click and drag and set the pattern length as long or short as I want . I can only get it to extend by 4 bars at a time . But I want a finer length than that. I wanna edit the length by as small amount as I want but the grid seems locked can’t find the option to select how many bars I want it to edit by like 1/16s specifically for the pattern editor section on the bottom half of the screen

And select few that don't come pre bundled I just bought individually. But hey, if you don't have Komplete 13 Ultimate Collectors Edition then 9 expansions for $99 is really a good deal.

Not paid money, but now I'm given software for free (though I did buy Komplete Collector's edition and Maschine MK3 etc. on my own before I was collaborating with them).
