Hi Jenna! I'm enjoying this wall pilates journey! Wow, felt the "burn" in my lower back "love handles" area on those one bent leg/raised pelvis thrusts! I had to stretch between sets!😅 🦵🏼💪🏼🫶🏼

Hi Jenna! Hats off to you for guiding me to better health. I’m at day 12 over 30 days or so as I am unable to master all the Pilates moves. Is this slow n steady approach ok or should I focus on completing the remaining 16 day challenge over the next 16 days? Please advise…thanks!

Hey! Good work for getting this far. If you’re able to master the majority of the moves then I would advise you to keep going through the challenge at a slower pace. Otherwise if you’re finding it too advanced then you should begin with the 7 day beginner challenge and even do this a few times before moving on.

Thank you so much Jenna! Day 13, wow. I am definitely stronger and feel muscles in my legs (48 yo). I have difficulty sliding up the walll with straight legs. My legs just won't slide. Any suggestions please? Tank you

Hey! This can be difficult, usually when you’re pushing too hard against the wall. Instead, try pushing through with your pelvis (pushing your pelvis under and up), squeezing your glutes tight, rather than pushing your weight against the wall too hard.

Oh! 😅 I’ve never had this issue. Maybe socks might help if you’re doing it in bare feet?
