Much love for the Vancouver players at 9:00, who instead of jumping into the fight, threw themselves over their downed teammate to protect him from the fight breaking out. Super dangerous, cleats could have cut him, been kicked in the head, etc and his team mates immediately protected him. Just awesome, and great awareness by them.

If you watch Horton on the ground you’ll see his arm sticking up for a few seconds after the hit. That’s called a fencing response and it usually means there’s some kind of brain injury. Anytime the arm sticks up after something like that just don’t expect something good

He then came back the same game and got the Ducks a 4-1 lead with an absolute laser beam of a slapper top shelf past the GOAT Marty Brodeur. It is chilling. Brings a tear to my eye every time.
