Absolutely belongs in the Hall Of Fame!!!!!!!!! I always loved his intensity and his exuberance, beginning with the premature dash around the boards as Wayne Messmer would belt out the best national anthem rendition known to mankind. If Jeremy did not get you pumped up you were probably dead.

What a character!! He embodied USA hockey. Faster, louder, flashier, more abrasive, and he always had a blast playing the game (even when he was say, pulling his jaw apart after getting run by Hatcher.) One of the best goal scorers ever. But: “ I can’t really heard what Jeremy said....etc” 😂 that roast is just as legendary as any in hockey history

The Chicago Blackhawks would have back then (1990s) had it not been for Ol' Man Wirtz, who was too cheap to invest in the team. Notice that the Blackhawks won their first of three Stanley Cup championships since 1961 only AFTER he was six feet under and Rocky (Wirtz's son) took over.
