If you wanna be successful, you most take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life.

This video hits on such a key insight about selling-it’s not about pushing a product but about creating a space where prospects discover their own need for change. The idea that "all selling is change" really reframes the entire process. It's true that most people resist change, and instead of fighting that resistance, this method focuses on guiding them to see how staying in their current situation is actually the bigger risk. That shift in perspective feels like a game-changer. I also loved the emphasis on becoming a "problem finder" before a "problem solver." It’s so true that prospects often don’t even realize the depth of their own issues until the right questions are asked. It makes sense why asking surface-level or overly logical questions only scratches the surface-you’re missing the emotional weight that drives decisions. The example questions about creating a gap between their current situation and what they actually need were so practical and easy to understand. The section on tonality was so underrated. It really hit home how much your tone and delivery can either build trust or trigger resistance. That shift from being overly enthusiastic to sounding neutral and detached feels like such a small adjustment, but it clearly makes a massive difference in how prospects perceive you. It's not something I’ve heard taught this way before, but it definitely makes sense.

We have what the clients need to protect their families. So it should be an enjoyable career ❤. Jeremy gets clients to open up. To find the pain points. Selling = Change . Yeah, I am in sales and successful at it, but I hate sales with a passion 😂 You can't really fake honesty with some people and you seem to be one of them. In my mind, being a good salesman is creating trust, giving honest advice, even if said advice is against buying with me. But a lot of my colleagues or most are the prototype most have in mind, sleazy and fake. I've received work a few months after advising against my own product from family of that same client, because they trust my advice and understand I'm honest at all times. You do well not trusting most sales people 😂

Being a foreigner, I don't feel subtle differences in wording, so whether the pitch is direct or pushy or softened or consultative, it all sounds exactly the same to me. Whenever I see a sales person, I just say "no" as they have nothing to offer ever. But the technique itself might be helpful to convince some folks at work.
