Unfortunately he doesn’t get the recognition of the John Fogertys or Bob Dylans, etc, because the heavy dark aspects of his writing, doesn’t fit the status quo. He should be in the Rock and Roll hall of fame, with AIC, as well as The American Songwriters!

It was a dark era. But my small circle of friends and these bands got us through it.
