Thanks for putting this up. Great all round singing, songwriting, recording, performing and storytelling career which I have followed since the early 70s. Sad beyond words that he is gone, however the throat cancer and treatment had really taken a toll. He can now join Guy, Charlie, Manny and more of his friends. Jerry, thanks for the music which will live on.
