you have become my new favorite yoga teacher! I absolutely love how calming your voice is, and really like that you do a voiceover for the cues. I have done a dozen of your classes so far and am looking forward to doing so many more! If you're looking for ideas, i'd really love more 1+ hour long vinyasa classes. I have a sequence/flow I made up that I could send you if you were interested (I call it "Back, Binds, and Hammies" lol). Thank you so much for posting such great classes!!!!!

So, it’s been a real blessing to find your channel with so many excellent sessions with such variety. I wish I had caught this one when you published it-that mile challenge sounds fun. But, it’s 10/10 today and it ends tomorrow! Oh well, I still got a great session. 🙏🏼
