Hey friends! I've linked a few videos in the description box that you can practice together for a full yoga class (45-60 mins). These are great basic flows to always come back to and can serve as a foundation for your practice. Hope you enjoy :)

I just want to say I LOVE how you don't really have any loud music or what not in your videos but in between moves when you don't talk there is silence. It makes one more aware of being mindful and present in this given moment like a form of meditation whilst stretching. Thank you for this ❤️

I’m starting to work my body back into shape as I pull myself out of a very very bad 4 year long depression, and I can say all of the meditations my mom has made me do, NOTHING makes me feel as relaxed and safe as this video. I struggle with feeling safe due to lots of trauma and pretty severe anxiety but this helped me get so much relief. Thank you

You are the only online yoga instructor I could connect with. Your voice is soothing and your flows are easy to follow and gives me the right amount of resistance I need to get my body back into shape. Thank you for the wonderful routines you have provided for free

I feel like I've hit the jackpot finding this channel. One question, does anyone else have trouble with the quieter audio, or is it just me? I've been using a bluetooth speaker to bump it up, but it finally died on me. Anyhoo, great cool down, amazing channel! Thanks Jessica!

Just did an intense leg workout and this yoga session was so welcome. I normally do my own cooldowns but this one was so pleasant and allowed me to stretch in ways I don't usually do. Thanks for sharing! ❤️

One of the best post-workout stretches I've found, I love the ending and my hips and legs feel so well loved now. Your voice is very very soothing, I'm so glad I found this! Thank you

I love this yoga video! I do this after an intense workout and have never had any cramping or muscle pain! Your voice is so nice to listen to and the pace and description is just perfect for me. I've been doing your other videos since this one is so good. Thanks for posting!!

I just found your channel! and happy that I did! I have been searching for on line Yoga to replace my inperson classes throughout COVID. I have tried a few and have been searching for someone who is instructs clearly and with a calm gentle voice without chatter in between the poses. You are the one! Thank you! Keep doing that!!

I really enjoy your classes as the instruction is clear and the atmosphere is very calming (no obnoxious music). One request I would have is to provide a little more time at the end of your videos for savasana. In this video, you invite us to stay in savasana as long as we wish which I wanted to take advantage of, but seconds after a loud advertisement startled me right out of it. Beyond that, I think your classes are awesome!

I really like the length of time you spend in each pose! I have ADHD and usually I struggle with yoga bc it isn't super engaging, but when I was doing yoga alongside the video, I got into such a great state of flow!

Thanks for the cool-down video. I like it a lot. It's great after a lower-body workout because the stretches are about 80% lower body and 20% upper body. I would love to also see a 50-50 cooldown video, to do after a total body workout and a more upper-body focused cooldown routine.
