I just want to say I LOVE how you don't really have any loud music or what not in your videos but in between moves when you don't talk there is silence. It makes one more aware of being mindful and present in this given moment like a form of meditation whilst stretching. Thank you for this ❤️

I’m starting to work my body back into shape as I pull myself out of a very very bad 4 year long depression, and I can say all of the meditations my mom has made me do, NOTHING makes me feel as relaxed and safe as this video. I struggle with feeling safe due to lots of trauma and pretty severe anxiety but this helped me get so much relief. Thank you

I feel like I've hit the jackpot finding this channel. One question, does anyone else have trouble with the quieter audio, or is it just me? I've been using a bluetooth speaker to bump it up, but it finally died on me. Anyhoo, great cool down, amazing channel! Thanks Jessica!

I just found your channel! and happy that I did! I have been searching for on line Yoga to replace my inperson classes throughout COVID. I really enjoy your classes as the instruction is clear and the atmosphere is very calming (no obnoxious music). One request I would have is to provide a little more time at the end of your videos for savasana. In this video, you invite us to stay in savasana as long as we wish which I wanted to take advantage of, but seconds after a loud advertisement startled me right out of it. Beyond that, I think your classes are awesome!

I really like the length of time you spend in each pose! I have ADHD and usually I struggle with yoga bc it isn't super engaging, but when I was doing yoga alongside the video, I got into such a great state of flow!

Thanks for the cool-down video. I like it a lot. It's great after a lower-body workout because the stretches are about 80% lower body and 20% upper body. I would love to also see a 50-50 cooldown video, to do after a total body workout and a more upper-body focused cooldown routine.
