It's december 5 years later and i clicked this one just needing some quick cardio. Then I noticed it was a holiday one, with my name on the wall! Perfect to end my stressful week and start my vacation - while ignoring my messy house.

I definetly love your workouts! my dog Phoebe also watches me while I workout even if she was in other part of the house, when she hears your voice on the video - she always hurries to the room where im about to do my fitness :)

I liked this as a recovery day or as a longer warmup up for a tougher workout. Had to add propulsions and runs between all cardio intervals to even get to my lowest fat burning level but it works as long as you push it.

Hey Jessica, thanks for another great workout. I added 10lb weights for the strength intervals to amp it up. I admit I feel a twinge of guilt for doing the shorter workouts but, this time of year time is definitely a factor! Merry Christmas to you and yours :)

I'm a little late on the challenge and decided to do this one first, LOL. I loved it, but I wonder how I can claim it as high impact aerobics if I don't jump. Is it just because of the intervals, creating a breathless mode and then slowing back down? Anyway, I loved it and Peanut was so adorable when she came back and was just staring at you like, "What?!" +Jessica Northcutt-Swain thanks for joining us! Since there isnt an interval training equivalent option currently avail on MFP the "aerobics, high impact" offers the closest estimate to this type of intensity even if you use the low impact version. Hope that helps clarify :)

This workout was really perfect for me while recovering from my recent baby! I modified the plank jacks but other than that it was great!

I'm pretty out of shape and found this workout challenging. I was trying to stick to the heart rate suggestions from your walking interval work out (steady=5, interval=7-8 exertion), but this was a little tougher than that. I didn't feel like I had time to recover my heart rate during the strength parts and stayed breathless (solid 8 exertion) the whole 20 mins. So I ended up pausing the video several times to march in place and catch my breath. I'm sure I'll improve with practice, just wondering if you have other videos with that 3:1 interval ratio? (That being said, I really like these videos instruction!)

I'm wondering what kind of mat you're using. you have different ones thru out all your videos.... I just moved in a new house and found that even with my sneakers I can't "spread" wide enough on my movements because I'm slipping... I looked at Walmart but there are so many kinds and I don't want to pay to much. Do you have suggestions? Thanks in advance for your response.

I was finding this okay until we headed to the floor - I am so bad at push ups, even on my knees! Then with the plank jacks my heart rate was right up there.
