LOVE LOVE LOVE YOU Jessica Smith. I'm a busy Mum of 4 boys, 38 years old, very active job, eat healthy but 10kg overweight! Its so frustrating! Menopause hormones have kicked in Ive lost the battle of healthy weight. Hate the gyms so looked at online workouts...tried a few and hated them. Found yours and I love you! You're awesome. I love your happy upbeat personality, I love how you appear to be so encouraging with the most basic workouts. I found some other peoples video's way too intense, pushing you hard and making you feel crap about it. I like how you continuously praise your followers and seem so kind hearted and non judgemental. Wow this was short but INTENSE. Liked this workout. Today I am celebrating 365 days straight workout streak. And I have never felt better. Thanks to you Jessica for your constant reminders to smile through the stress, listen to my body, and recognize my own accomplishments. And, on the days when i am really discouraged and want to skip exercise altogether, I remember that somethin' is better than nuthin' so I manage to get it done!! Y-a-a-a-a-y Jessica!!!

One thing I enjoy about working out with you Jessica, is, even with shorter routines you push me and by the end of the workout I feel like I worked out for an hour. Sweating and feeling fantastic.

First workout with you since Mickey had to be sent to heaven. Crushed me to see peanut but also made me smile because he used to watch her intently. Dog got out in the Florida hat and left door open for him. He had some kind of neuron issue that was. Diagnosed recently and he became disoriented and by the time we found him he had suffered severe heat stroke. It was very very sad and absolutely crushing. But seeing peanut well that made me cry, crying while I write this, it also made me smile remembering him. So this was an emotional working out for me to say the least

Loved this! What a great challenge! I'll admit, all my push-ups looked the same and I still couldn't do as many as you, Jessica! That's probably the area I struggle in the most when it comes to strength--my arms and upper body. I did a combo of low and high impact and that worked for me. I can't get over how you manage to talk and continually give encouragement throughout jumping jacks and the like, when I'm just focusing on breathing! Another great workout--thanks!

#SummerofStrength Day 26 done, and I really got my sweat on! Used the pause button several times so I could do a slightly longer recovery. Need to practice this one so I can improve my endurance and time some of the higher impact moves. Striving for progress, not perfection.

I can't tell you how much I wanted to quit this video today. My motivation has been seriously lacking, and though I've done this video before, I was really struggling. I almost let that feeling defeat me, but I finished. Even if I didn't perform as "well" today with this one, I showed up and I saw it through.

Jessica, I did this today and I really liked it! You continue to top yourself week after week. I'm going to repeat Summer Shape Up and do Shaun T.'s T25 this week so I combined with Total Body in 10 and T25 Alpha Cardio. I was scared of T25 but I got through it fairly easily. You have prepped me well! Foundations of Yoga today was High Lunge.

I'll try this later. I wasn't able to finish the last week of #SpringAhead challenge because I found an abandoned kitten barely 2 weeks old and I spent most of my time (day/night) trying to get it to eat to survive. He died this Sunday morning...he held on as long as he could and he died cradled next to my heart. I just hope he felt loved and wanted before he died because even if he was just with me barely a week, I loved him very much. Sorry, just wanted to share...can't stop crying :( My dog can sense how sad I am and he's been with me all this time.

Thank you, jessicasmithtv, Peanut,Melissa Guajardo and Midnight. I still hold back tears whenever I think of the little kitten or see the blankets I've wrapped him in and the other stuff but at least now I don't start bawling every time I think of him. Took me a few days to want to talk to ppl as well :( Anyway, I spent my Sunday just holed up in my room (crying) and by Monday started exercising to keep busy and to keep my mind off of things. I still haven't done this new one but decided on just finishing week 4 of the #SpringAhead challenge. Thank you all again for your kind words. Not a lot of people I know understand why I get so attached to animals especially abandoned and abused ones so they think I'm overly dramatic right now. Anyway, I know he's in a better place now and he's happily playing with all the animals I've loved and lost over the years. Hugs to you all.

THIS was PERFECT! I did a really hard strength training yesterday and I wanted to do some cardio but not long and drawn out but get the kinks out. I feel GREAT! Plus, I think going back to basics is good for us experienced folks too! I have learned that recently. You must know and ask yourself, "can I still do a basic squat without weights using great form?".

Day 27 of #SummerofStrength challenge now complete. I had to modify the push ups since my arms were pretty worked from the past couple of days. I was able to stick with the rest of the workout. I completed the belly buns and thighs yoga yesterday so 1 more workout left. Thanks!

#SummerofStrength Day 26 finally done!! Did this, the Turbo Charged Walk (from the 5 Fat Burning Miles DVD), the 5 Min Fix Standing Abs, Cool Down (also from the 5 Fat Burning Miles DVD) and the 5 Min Fix Total Body Stretch just for an added cool down. I've been eating waaaaay too much this month (lots of family birthday celebrations) and I feel like I needed to exercise more but didn't feel like anything too strenuous. Still felt every minute of all of these though and my arms and legs feel like jello now HAHAHA! What a great way to end the day though. I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Day 43 working out with Jessica. Short but very intense. Made it through but I found the lunges (especially the twisting lunges) a little hard on the knees and the full jumping lunges too hard on my back. But it is a great cardio HIIT especially for younger and uninjured people.

WOW!!!! Jessica, how are you, and Peanut doing? This was quite a workout for me. I modified in some areas, even with the modification I did complete some of the full exercises. I was determined. I liked this back to the basics for my cardio focus today. Following with last year's 15 minute summer sizzler and then stretching. I've been working out so much my legs are arms need a break lol. I did heavy lifting on arms yesterday so push-ups were a nice burn out and I love that you continue to incorporate negative push-ups in your workouts because they are what really form our triceps. Thanks Jessica. Also did you train peanut to sit there and watch you on your Mat? I notice she never runs when you start to work out LOL and Mickey my dog as you have seen in my fitness reviews of your workouts....he only sticks around if he's on the bed otherwise he hides when I work out LOL until I get to Abdominals then he decides it's time to come with my face

Day 26 of #SummerofStrength done. This was tough. I didn't get quite as many reps as you on some and I did some high and some low impact. But I got it done. I also did the stretching workout from last Sunday because I had missed it. The stretches felt wonderful after all that work. Because I also did a 5k walk after work. So that's enough for me for today! Thanks for keeping me moving.

Jessica, hello, how are you doing? I completed Day#25 early this morning. I completed Day#26 a little while ago. This Burn Fat Fast 20 minute full body workout is and was quite a challenge. When, I got to the floor exercises. For some reason I was thinking I couldn't feel the little bit of pain in my abs. The flutter kicks, fast paced squats, and even the push ups I had to dig deep. I feel so much better. Because, I completed this exercise. Thank you also for the modified version. May you and everyone else have a Blessed day.

Jessica, the audio and video went out of sync for me on this one. Not sure why - I've not had that happen before with your videos. It was only by a few seconds though, so I could figure out what I was meant to be doing. I must admit this is not my favourite type of workout but I like to push myself to try different things from time to time. There's quite a lot of strength in here as well as cardio - I certainly feel those push ups in my arms! And it really got my heart rate up. Now on to do a flow workout that's more my style. Thanks for the variety, as always! :-D
