What a great video, Jett! You have really mastered (maybe even invented!) the instructional format in which you synthesize publicly-available information from the web and repackage it into something *much* more useful for consumers. What these customer experiences really said to me is that travelers (me included!) really don't know what is covered and what is not covered and need help deciding when (and when not) to buy travel insurance. Perhaps you could further help consumers make better decisions by interviewing some company reps or industry experts (if there are any) and asking some "Should I buy?" questions informed by these reviews. Regardless, your content is always bite-sized and value-added, and I super enjoy!
