Aun Kheng Lim had opened a branch in Jalan SS2/66, PJ since 2017 or 2018 but early this year 2021, I noticed it had closed down. Located same row as DiGi and Chan Meng Kee. The chicken is cooked in Ipoh then sold as frozen take-away only in SS2.

No difference in oven baked chicken in foil. Marinate Chicken in salt brime 30 to 45 mins. Slice chicken meat and put dong kwai slices in few parts of chicken. Dong kwai powder inside chicken. Foil whole chicken and ovenate 50 mins to 1 hour depending chicken size. For small portion, whole leg is ideal

They use polystyrene box to hold the chicken to prevent it from getting cold. It is not good to do that as the polystyrene is poisonous.

Hello! What is your opinion of MSG? Are you from Asia? In Asian countries, I believe a lot of our street food is enhanced with MSG. It's hard to escape. But in my opinion, it's not always a negative thing. The origin of MSG is also lovely - a scientist wanted to recreate the umami flavour in the soup that his wife makes

@@sara_khong That is the problem w street food, majority of vendors are uneducated and only use it for a good tastes, MSG is not good for health and most ppl know it. You are entitled to your own opinion and so do I. Don’t get me wrong, I do like your program and I’ve been watching every time you have a new set forth. Good luck.

Hello! Yes, I heard you! So I thought I'll film when Mom and I talk on video call. Not too bad! :D Our hospitals and medical staff are overwhelmed. Even if its more than 2 weeks, we'll have to bite the bullet. But it's okay! Manage to filmed some scenes before the lockdown so I'll be cooking & making videos at home. Stay tune!
