Tiny Rick ok funny joke but Spirit really isn’t that bad. If you want to travel somewhere in the U.S. just for a fun weekend, then Spirit is a cheap and easy way to accomplish that. Their service isn’t really that bad either, they have a pretty friendly crew and clean aircraft.

Amazing work mate! Must say coming from a real pilot's POV this looks pretty realistic, Beware however the A320 does have a slower climb and descent rate than the Boeing. Another thing... Good video and good to see some realism in X-Plane, unlike Afp95 or Swiss001. Catch ya later!

I live in Boston. I was coming back from Florida on a Delta 737, and when we landed, our front landing gear hydraulic malfunctioned. Now, this isn’t like that fan fiction, no the gear did not fall off, but it was not able to turn when the plane was in drive mode. We ended up being stuck on the runway, and we had caused a Spirit a320 to hold its take off for a long time. Most planes were delayed 10 minutes, and we were pulled into the gate with a tow truck.

Spirit has the big front seat which is basically first class with extended leg room and larger seats in a 2-2 configuration.

Hoping these 2 tips help you with the A320 On selecting CRANK: ENGINE VENTILATION (dry cranking) A dry cranking cycle ventilates the engine to remove fuel vapors after an unsuccessful start attempt on the ground. The flight crew can manually select cranking, by setting the ENG MODE selector to CRANK and the MAN START pushbutton to ON (MASTER switch OFF). The flight crew can stop the cranking by setting the MAN START pushbutton to OFF. On before takeoff check (also applies to landing): Check the ECAM Takeoff (Landing) Memo shows no blue text.

You must go around if you get a windshield warning at all times, also on the airbus you're not supposed to disconnect the autothrust on landing. Otherwise nice video

You can disconnect the A/P during the approach. It's mandatory Go Around if you encount a Windshear

@@Crosbie85 lol the pilot that ignores a windshear warning and doesn't go around gets to sit with the chief pilot and have a talk. Of course that all depends on what your company's flight manual says about it but I believe a lot of them say when you get a windshear warning, you go around. Especially under 1500' AGL. At least my company's flight manual (ops specs) says you do.

Just a tip..... you don't have to push the page buttons to display items. The Airbus logic does it automatically based on phase of flight or movement of systemd. For example on the flight control check, just move the stick and it will automatically bring up the flight control page. After a few seconds of not moving the stick, it will return to the wheel page and then based on thrust lever position on takeoff, it will automatically bring up the engine page. Same theory when a fault occurs or you push the APU master or whatever.

@@oppotato5440 on occasion the wind will be changing up but i never get the alert. I've certainly had the plane move about like it's in wind shear but often or not the actual wind direction stays the same. I guess that's more how xenviro models the turbulence effects. I run active sky in P3D which i also use and definitely have had wind shear conditions in that but never the alert there either.
