Hey what's that other rad that's behind the bumper and infront of the drivers right tire? Never seen that

Its an Aux radiator

It's a secondary heat exchanger , coolant flows out of the aux coolant pump and through that heat exchanger before entering the supercharger, then flows through primary heat exchanger mounted in front bumper on its way back to the coolant pump .
