請問Dr. Joe我以下的情況應該訓練甚麼比較適合? 我應該係之前做運動弄傷的,位置在於膊頭中間的肌肉,是偶然會痛起來,晚上情況較差,而且肩胛骨常常感到酸軟,沒有影響日常生活。嘗試過把頭傾到相反方向後會更繃緊,嘗試跟你的影片做一些加強肩胛骨的訓練,完成後膊頭有微熱但肩胛骨的酸軟沒有減退。 請問我應該甚麼小訓練改善這情況?謝謝

我C4 C5頸凸出,只C4做左手術,C5無手術仲壓住. 我一直肩膊痛. 近來仲肩膊痛、背痛. 睇完你條片原來C5. 我舉起隻手真係唔痛. 睇公立只叫我暖敷條頸乜都做唔到🥲. 好在睇左你哩條片知道係頸有關,仲一直搞個肩膊痛無進展.

我按壓胸口時,特別是鎖骨下面的肌肉時,肩胛骨也會痛。按壓鎖骨窩時也會感覺痛。請問是什麼原因呢?一直在做物理治療放鬆都還沒解決問題
