@@jenniferngoi she didn't actually listed out the ingredients. She basically mentioned the key is add cold water, some salt into flour, dry dough is important. There are plenty more KZbinrs doing dumplings skins I would recommend ie 小高姐 (with English subtitles) or maangchi (Korean but speak English) good luck 😊
