Thank u Now I’m depressed and I’m losing contact with my body. Your workouts helped me to practice in understanding my boundaries 5 years before I was really hard working, and did many training with Jillian and Shouwn T. But I was too young and I couldn’t understand my psychological problems. At that time I hadn’t contact with my body too, I made many pressure myself. Guys be careful Don’t force yourself too much

3 times a day 7 minutes adds up to almost 30 minute workout per day, not bad. Your energy is low in 7 minutes you are ready to go with new found energy, you save $$ on coffee, is a win win

disagree with Michael's assessment about avoiding gyms. I am a senior RN and I went for 33 days that my gym reopened (in June) and out of town on weekends since to use gyms elsewhere. They are very safe and no one gets anywhere near you like people do when grocery shopping. Quite literally have never been to a store where some moron is not within a few inches because they can't wait to grab a canister of coffee or read a bunch of containers ingredients right on top of me!. Another area is while waiting in lines at the grocery store. Again, many do not space or follow the floor line indicators. I agree that boutique gyms may be more difficult to space out but most of the gyms I use have cathedral ceilings, two floors, every two machines were shut down, and sanitizers were part of the offerings for years. I 00% disagree with avoiding the gym. Also, I have been running for 1.5 hours nightly since the gyms are down in LA and had to flash a gun at some creepy stalker (no matter when I went and I did not have a predictible pattern to avoid this type of situation. Another time a guy followed me running, jumped out of a car and hid behind a construction bin and thought I did not see him because I was running in the dark with headphones. I jumped in my car to avoid a possible confrontation. Just because you have a gun doesn't mean you should engage if you can avoid it. My point is also that gyms are much safer for women. Female runners get raped and killed much more often than many are aware. I had a bad case of Covid in March but like most, you get better, and want to get back to life...and a solid fitness regime.
