Once we were playing a gig and the power tripped on us. So our guitarist got his acoustic, I picked up my snare drum and went beside him and we did an impromptu unplugged show. Sometimes shit happens and things go awry but then you have to teach yourself the art of turning chicken shit into chicken salad. The show needs to go on, in spite of power failures or ruptured quads. Now, we were just part time musicians... Snoop is a megastar and he would know better than anybody that SOMETHING NEEDED DOING. Lot of people surprised Snoop of all people, could take charge and salvage it. They forget, dude has been in showbiz for a looong time, longer than the entire roster has been in the company. He doesn't let pressure of big crowds get to him, the dude commands big crowds. Absolute respect for Snoop, he's no rassler (though I agree with a tweet that was put out, he NEEDS to be in the next game and run the ropes in it, just like he did) but he's a showman to the core.

Miz called it for sure. Every member of the roster is versed in going on the fly. Miz is a total production guy by strength and experience. He knows the spots and cues better than most. Shane goes down, Miz is hard counting 1-mississippi, 2 etc. waiting for the hard camera to switch so he can lean back and yell, "Snoop, Drop me!" as crew prepares to roll out the injured. Snoop is a likeable guy and Miz will never take the credit for it but that's just in-ring responsibility.

What I found hilarious was one of the announcers yell, "Shane's still got it, hasn't missed a step!" or something like that. Immediately after that statement Shane tears his quad. Then they don't say another thing about him after that...hes immediately forgotten and disappears.

Jessica Carr yelled, "Snoop, people's elbow!" repeatedly right into the ring mics, then after it connects, Miz gets right up to yell "cover me!" All visibly and audibly even in the replay -- and then Snoop is the one who gets all the credit for saving the segment 😂
