The whole band shines on this tune, and Tati outdid herself on the concept for her lyrics which is always hard to believe, but she keeps doing it!! But.. Eugene makes me run the gamut of emotions, he is so fucking KEY. Bass players than can emote are a generational talent. Long live Jinjer.

So fun info, the red box she is carrying with the sand art supplies represents her lyrics. The guys are chasing her to get them (which is what usually happens, she procrastinates and usually Eugene starts getting on her about it) that's why in the end, the bullets (her frustration at being hounded for her lyrics) have no effect, but when she throws her art/lyrics at the guys, they dissappear.

The song playing during the credits is a remix of their song "Pearls and Swine". There's no music video but I honestly think the lyrics in that song are probably the most profound and beautiful lyrics Tati's ever wrote. It's my favorite song off the wallflowers shim just on lyrics alone.

First of all, thank you for your reaction to this recording, I was just as impressed as you were! Second of all, It's a brilliant and beautiful song, and the original music video metaphorically captures the struggle Tati faces when the band has delivered the music and "demands" that she writes the vocals and lyrics to complete the songs, I totally get that. But that's the theme of the _music_video_, not of the song itself. To me, the song and its lyrics balance on the rather fine line between being an introvert and being depressed: Sometimes the "outer world" is just too much, and you need some "me time" in order to recharge your batteries (to pick up the lyrics) and you're just perfectly happy being on your own (in contrast to being lonely). And then there's this moment where you wonder "Am I happy with being by myself or am I secluding myself from the world in a way that is too much/not healthy?" After all, she sings "My circle of friends is getting emptier and I don't even wish for new ones". So to me, this song is about the frustration that on the one hand the outside world seems to constantly demand that you "participate", while on the other hand you wonder how much isolation and being on your own is healthy for you. Which is so much more profound than "haha she's an introvert and sometimes struggles to write lyrics in time."

4th album title track, released 2021. Yes, it was on Audio tree, along with "Vortex" and "dead Hands Feel no Pain". Tatiana has said she is a terrible procrastinator. The guys write the music , then hand it off to her for lyrics. They're chasing her in the video representing them asking for the completed lyrics. She hasn't finished them, gets upset and lashes out ( shooting at the guys with machine guns) , but it doesn't faze them because they've seen it all before. She throws the sand at the guys ( the completed lyrics) , they are satisfied and go away.

There is a "making of" video for this one. Tatiana runs up and down a set of stairs to get out of breath for that first scene. The band shows up to breech her peace demanding the lyrics for the album when she just wanted to chill in her cave.

This beautiful outro music is from their song "Pearls and Swine", a song that (I think) their never played live. Hopefully they will someday but I have very few hope. Other songs worth checking out from this album are "As I Boil Ice" and "Sleep Of The Righteous"

Yes. This was in Audiotree From Nothing, which you watched. Good you got to see the OMV now. This is a great video, but the Audiotree track is even better than this IMO, which is saying a lot. Roman's own, brand new, custom Jackson Pro Artist Series Roman Ibramkhalilov guitar was adding some ridiculous tone in the Audiotree performance and Tatiana sounded phenomenal during those 3 songs (as did the whole band). On The Top Live In Kiev. Tatiana does some Stevie Nick's spinning during that and looks like a prettier version of girl creature in The Ring when she kneels next to the platform with her hair in her face. Thanks for the video. 👋

Awesome stuff here! Out of curiosity, has anyone requested a reaction to Babymetal or Bandmaid (Japanese Metal bands) and would you be interested in it? If so Babymetal: Rondo of Nightmare live is awesome although its just the main girl Suzuka singing (3 female singers/dancers). Bandmaid: Freedom Live (All female band, all excellent if not the best at their respective positions....MISA is the best bassist 😂)
