Look at the Mavs for example, Luka is a walking bucket, but he doesn't hold himself accountable when falls short on the defensive end despite having top-tier talent on their team. Steph and Tim Duncan are very similar in terms of their leadership, and that's exactly why their dynasty lasted so long. Unlike some other great teams which lasted only 2-5 yrs. Also they're both very unselfish players, they want what's best for the team and their teammates.
