The thing is you can have a team filled with role players and a player like Steph because he hold himself and everyone accountable, and that's why they have so much success. Look at the Mavs for example, Luka is a walking bucket, but he doesn't hold himself accountable when falls short on the defensive end despite having top-tier talent on their team. Steph lets everyone be themselves and maximize their strengths at the fullest His approach is not fierce and cunning like mike and kobe which is a typical alpha dynamic that is prone to someone eventually challenging them to take the place Steph on the other hand has grace, calmness, and gentle approach. He will talk kind but will still show you the way on how to be successful Draymond, as someone who has his way of imposing himself to his teammates and opponents, you’ll never see him disrespect steph. Steph has made a lot of mistakes, lazy passes, ridiculous turnovers, and bad decisions at clutch time, but dray has always been respectful and understanding of steph. Unlike how dray was with KD who can be as great as steph in terms scoring, and with JP who was on the verge of unfolding his career like a young steph. Steph is and will always be different than the traditional superstars He will he the most cheerful and childish in the team at the bench, while the most dangerous assassin on the court This is pure observation, i could prolong this and glaze him but yall get the point
