Excellent video. With my body weight as it stands currently, it's essentially power-lifting :D

Excellent video iv been waiting for this thank you! Also that pull up demonstration is perfect that's how it meant to be done! 💪 By the way what's your thoughts on kettlebells for martial arts?
@jkgardiner4 күн бұрын
@@alberttrotter1262 I think kettlebells are great for martial arts, good for building strength through a good range of motion and good for conditioning work.

Great vid! Always nice with bodyweight workouts. Been thinking of switching the gym to Kettlebells and Calisthenics, alongside martial arts. Mainly due to a busy life. Got any thoughts?

@@nanox4825 if it keeps you consistent and you can manage it within your schedule then you’ll see great results. It’s much better to have a training programme you can adhere to long term than the perfect one you can’t.

Sir while doing heavy compound you just do 1 top set for ex. You uploaded your leg day in that you did only 1 main se for strength so is that enough?
