I like that you make it seem so easy. The recipes are simple, but still good. I don't like it when it's too complicated with many ingredients and long cooking/prep time. Especially when you're supposed to eat like 4-5 times a day.

I have been working out, but I didn't know anything about pre and post workout snacks and meals. This makes a lot of sense and I want to try them. Great videos! So glad I found you today! I'm in an exercise and eating transition and I needed some encouragement and inspiration.

I've tried toast and eggs for breakfast and it helped me to feel full longer, my protein bars lasted 2 days, my parents loved it! Thank you Joanna! :)

Hey Joanna I just wanted to send you a quick message. In January, I started dieting and working out. It worked for a bit and now I dont see results, because the dieting was so time consuming. Your videos show me that I CAN watch what I eat and not spend so much time to make sure I am hitting what I need. I am excited to try some of the recipes! Thank you!

Great video! Thank you for taking the time to make it! For my pre work our snack I’ve been eating 2 whole grain rice cakes with peanut butter and honey and 1 apple. Wanted so more ideas, and definitely got some inspiration!

Hi Joanne, I absolutely love your videos. They are really helpful! I was working out earlier and realized that I didn't get as fatigue as I was, after watching ur video I realized that it could have been the pre work out meal I ate. One hard boiled eggs and 5 small cherry tomatoes. I agree with you they really make a difference to my workout!

What an excellent video!! You have really helped me on my journey to start working out and eating right!! It's all in knowing what to do. A lot of the people doing these type of videos skip over the meal planning, they just say eat fruits and grains (?)...or show the food in the package uncooked, but you really broke it down for me . Thank you!!!

Hello Joanna, I have a question for you: what do you recomend for pre workout and post workout snack if you exercise earlier in the morning (i mean right after you get out of bed)? Empty stomach is no good for workout right?

Thank you Joanna! As an detrain athlete, that has been reduced to yoga, weights, H.I.I.T/ jit jitsu, and taekowndo who has a father hindering my pre, and post workout nutrition. I have pre workout nights, that eat more protein, and carbs at dinner. I also have post workout days after I workout, that I tend to eat more protein, than carbs. I'm currently doing an excerise first diet, that I eat after I workout, and my pre workouts is dinner from the night before. I tend to eat more then.

Your videos are great Joanna! I'm going to start cooking many of the meals you portrayed and try some workouts as well. As a medical student, I'm always studying and sitting, and I know I have to still find time for physical activity, and now that I have the time, I will make it worth it :).
