Thank you JO. Very informative. I knew about the gap in the tummy muscle but didn't know about how to close it, in terms of exercise. Cos i have been crunching and planking and tummy taking a while to go down. Most appreciated.

Thank you for admitting that the skin will stay loose no matter what you do (besides a tummy tuck). I'm tired of seeing celebrities who won't reveal they had surgery and we wonder what we are doing wrong no matter how many ab exercises we do.

My skin tightened back after 3 pregnancies. It did take up to 9-10 months. I think it's mostly genetics.

For me it really based on our skin elasticity. Not everyone has the same skin elasticity just like the others.

My son is 16 months old, I noticed gap in my abdomen every time when I exercise, but I didn’t know what it was. This video explained clearly about split abdomen, very helpful.

I gave birth to my second child 3 years ago and had back to back pregnancies. I never had time to heal from the first pregnancy. I have lost over 70lbs in two years BUT the lower mid drift just doesnt seem to go away. This video is so on point and i cant wait to hit the gym after work today to try this. who else is just getting to the video now?just me? am a mum and been doing all sorts of ...and nothing has worked so far.my stomach reduces in size but its still buggy.it gets me so annoyed. Hi Joanna,.... I'm a mother of 3 years and 5 months old boy. And my tummy is still the same, people used to ask me how many months your pregnancy which is really emberrasing. I tried your workout for overweight cardio. Then I realised that my tummy is bulking more. Can you please guide me what should I do?

oh my god i didnt know this... i had a myomectomy with a 17 inch tumor resulting into hysterectomy (removal of uterus) at age 25 and after that, i had very big tummy like i had a postpartum delivery.. everybody asks me mistakenly if i just deliver a baby or am i pregnant.. but thanks to this info and now I know what i will do first to reduce my belly fat.

My mom has been working so hard for a couple of years to get rid of the mommy tummy and it still won't go away. She looks AMAZING for a 55 year old and compared to her peers! She is thin and petite in size, and looks slim everywhere on her body except her tummy. I think I will share this with her. Who knows, maybe she will succeed in losing that 31 year old baby caused lose tummy. 🥰
