OMG, the stretches were awesome. I did this as a part of my covid recovery journey, and I could say the stretches were gentle and yet sweaty. Thanks for this wonderful stretches :)

Same here! I used to be able to do so much but covid wiped me out. I'm trying not to be so hard on myself as I slowly ease back into exercise

This was not a gentle wake up yoga stretch. These moves really got the blood flowing! What a great way to start the day off feeling energized!

I am a sports yoga instructor in my mid 40s. I have been doing P90x workouts religiously since i was 30 yrs old. The past 2 yrs. I have been doing Joanah's workouts. You are if not as good as Tony Horton. I will be doing uour routines all the way to my silver years.

Woah, I am sweating doing this, but it's a great way to get the energy and have an immediate morning boost. The stretches removes any body stiffness and I feel totally awake! Thank you for this!

As someone who usually works out 4-5x/week, this was a fantastic way to get back into training after being unable to work out for more than 3 weeks due to Covid. Looking forward to more workouts with Joanna in the days ahead!

Love your work outs... Any chance you can do a series for people who recovered from slip disk? There are a lot of moves which people with back probems should not do and its difficult to find replacement.

Wow!! Just done! Its called stretch but im sweating right now. Love this stretch. Not too hard to do but its quite challenging for me. Im being quarantined right, been stuck in this hotel room alone and its very challenging mentally. Been so stress because of constant fear of this corona and stress is really bad for our body. My gerd worsening and i guess because of my stress. So when i see your channel notification, i told myself i got to try it. And now i feel so much better, i feel good..thanks for sharing this video.

@@joannasohofficial im trying my best to distract myself from thinking too much. Being an ex covid patient has really affecting my mental health. And this is my second time being quarantined. Last time was in end of Feb and March 1st, i was tested positive. It was a horrible experience and undergoing this quarantine because my colleague is found positive covid, is really making me stress. Its terrifying how our mental condition can affect our life. But i wont let it control me.

Can u make a video for different mussuls group warm up video ...just like warm up routine for chest- tricep- shoulder workout routine. Warm up for back - biceps workout routine..and also for legs and abs workout.. I am tried to find this types of video or artical to enhance my knowledge about it .

Im adding this..1 will use 4 mid-day as well. 🤸💖💃 Update: i love this!! I was sssooo tired & didnt feel like doing anything. This was perfect. This actually generated energy in me as i was doing it. This is what i needed & it worked up a good relaxing sweat! I will incorp this atleast 1x a wk. Great routine!! 👍💖💖💃🤸

I did this one this morning and I gotta tell you... it aint easy. To be fair I am completely out of shape and have just started to workout in YEARS. I died throughout some exercises and couldnt completely finish some of them, but I did it until the end and it feels good afterwards. Lets see if i can keep it up!

Dearest Joanna,, I've been following you since the last 2 years, and I now I am in the covid isolation centre, fortunately I am still in good health condition so I can do my exercise every morning after my sunbathing. This video is my best favorite , keep my body fit, help my respiratory to keep on working good, makes my mood always bright,, !!!!!!

Thank you for this workout! I needed a low impact workout that incorporates stretching for days like today when a) I'm recovering from a migraine and b) have sore muscles. This is great for getting some activity in while helping muscles recover.

It's been 1 year I since my last workout. Beside my crazy work ours in office, I got tested positive covid-19 in June 2021 and after 3 weeks recovery I started to run but it didn't work cuz I felt like I couldn't breathe at all afte few minutes. So I stopped workout since then. I don't feel I am fit these days so I want to start work out again. Hope I can start active again..
