Many of you have requested for a 45 minute strength training workout. Here it is!! Superset is actually of many favourite form of training. You get to work on more exercises and save time. ☺️ I hope you’ll enjoy this workout as much as I did.

This is such an amazing workout. I have been using your workout videos for the last 4.5 months; I started out from your very simple beginner's walking workouts in mid April and now I am able to complete this strength training workout with 5kg dumbbells. So much gratitude to you. May you always remain strong, happy, healthy! Fighting!

I needed this set of workout, just started strength training after using your aerobics exercises for more than 1.5months, mixed with jog/walk thrice a week, plus diet.....lost 10kg so far since mid-June.... THANK YOU @Joannasoh

@@Happybellyeats hey find your maintenance calories just Google what's my maintenance calories and fill in the details you'll get a number. Make sure to track your calories. Prioritise protein. Workout everyday. Make sure to move throughout the day don't sit for more than 40 mins. Get up and move. Drink a lot of water. Cut down on sugar processed food and salty food. Get your vitamin D and b12 levels checked and if you're found deficient make sure to take supplements. Pretty much that's it. And be patient :)

Amazing workout, Joanna. Thank you. It's good to see how much you sweated as well because I've always found it strange to see many other fitness KZbinrs who don't seem to sweat one drop while doing their workout. Perhaps, they have the air condition in full blast or based in dry and cold climate? Anyway, I salute you for also talking through the session because it must be so difficult to do that while trying to breathe through. That's also something unique about your workout videos.

🤣🤣 I workout with all of you in real time. Sometimes, their videos might be edited and they take lots of breaks in between, hence still looking fabulous at the end of the workout . 😅

Yesss!! I love this workout!! I enjoy doing supersets with strength training. You get to really overload the muscles and build your endurance 😊

Very happy with these for my home gym. Many others don’t have the adjustment options these do or have the weight capacity either. Saves a lot of space and adjusting the weights is quick. Highly recommended

Have done this about 4X now - it's a great combo and works the whole body very efficiently. Also just tough enough for me to be challenged but still able to complete. Must admit having trouble doing the second sets of plank pushups so working on building up strength. Thanks Joanna!

Hi joanna 😀 I actually wanted strength training workouts , now I got one ... pls upload more strength sessions ... i have a suggestion, pls make video about reducing belly pooch , lower abs ... I've been trying a lot to get perfect abs but that lower belly area is so tough to reduce so give some tips , pls reply me .... pls pls pls

DO LESS static ( core) moves. Do more rotational moves with weight ( like russian twist) and cardio like plank jacks /mt climber . Do not focus on " core exercises " only add cardio / hiit moves so you get alternating cardio and core / full body moves. If you do Clever superset or weighted combo moves 20 to 25 min. Daily should get you results. Ifyou see no results add more cardio , not more reps of same core exercises.

Hi Joanna I actually tried your 12 min body toning cardio for 2 months I was fat and short if I ordered s size dress it was tight if m it was long now it's so perfect thankyou I lost 7 kg

Hello Ms. Soh! Thank you for posting another workout. I’m excited to try it. What kind of mat do you use or where did you buy it? I have multiple mats, however some are too slippery or some scrape my elbows. Which kind of mat or brand mat would you recommend? Thank you for taking the time to read my comment! Please request you make vedio base on protein drink.. Which quality is good.. On what quantity we should have duration the process of weight loss.. Will it be benefit for weight loss journey.. I am 75.50 kgs and 155 cm. BMI of 31.4. I am starting this workout today to keep myself accountable I will comment here everyday for 15 days. Day 1- Did Full workout in but took longer breaks(total time - 1 hr 5 minutes) Day 2- completed (1 hr 5 mins) also 7000 steps normal walk Day 3 - completed(i was less tired and it was little easier to do) also 10000 steps normal walk Day 4- completed with 10k steps
