*8 Simple Self Improvement Principles For Strong Women* 1. Drink more water 2. Eat whole foods 3. Practice daily gratitude 4. Pick up a book 5. Forgive someone 6. Join a group of supportive individuals 7. Stop nailbiting/nailpicking habit for good (if you do it - consider stopping it as it makes you mentally weak + affects your confidence and all other areas of your life!) 8. Congratulate yourself for this growth Take it easy and I hope you found one thing helpful in this list. If you did, what was it?

i love all these stretches! im no longer so sore after exercises that i want to lay down all week🫶 and they’re super fun too. thank you for making me sweat 💪

I'm so depressed, I was only able to do two of these stretches... do you have a version for people with less flexibility and strength?

No but you did great. You managed two, in a week you might do three, just take a little bit at a time, and instead of focusing on how many you did, instead focus on your form. You have startet your Journey, the only way now is forward, and you will see, you will get better.

its okay, you can do yoga first if u want to be more relaxed first, it helped me a lot back then^^
