Join a group of supportive individuals 7. Stop nailbiting/nailpicking habit for good (if you do it - consider stopping it as it makes you mentally weak + affects your confidence and all other areas of your life!) 8. I'm so depressed, I was only able to do two of these stretches... do you have a version for people with less flexibility and strength?

No but you did great. You managed two, in a week you might do three, just take a little bit at a time, and instead of focusing on how many you did, instead focus on your form. You have startet your Journey, the only way now is forward, and you will see, you will get better.
