Doing her workout for 7 months now, about 30-45 mins every morning, switch to black coffee, and eating healthy. I lost about 9 kilos, and feeling so strong! I can go up and down subway stairs 3 levels without feeling tired. This really works! and my back pain was also gone! thanks for the session Joanna! for everyone that doing this, stay strong!

You can make a playlist yourself and also include beginner workouts from other KZbinrs. Basically beginner level is the same as "coming back after a break" 🤷🏼♀️

I love her channel and workouts and enjoyed this one too. But I injured my knee while doing this one 3rd time around and still recovering one week after. So please watch your form while doing this one. Forward and side lunges can be tricky for beginners.

It's great that you both are helping people with muscle training but by no means is it beginners intermediate is more like the level unless you know how to make it beginners friendly because some of us have knee problems so please put in some different levels when doing your routines.
