Doing her workout for 7 months now, about 30-45 mins every morning, switch to black coffee, and eating healthy. I lost about 9 kilos, and feeling so strong! I can go up and down subway stairs 3 levels without feeling tired. This really works! and my back pain was also gone! thanks for the session Joanna! for everyone that doing this, stay strong!

Thank you Joanna! It was refreshing! I had been on a break and when I started with one of your other videos I felt really tired! So can you set a playlist of workout videos for people who have starting working out after a break! So that our bodies get back to the status it was before! This one was really good! I would really appreciate if you create one! 😊

You can make a playlist yourself and also include beginner workouts from other KZbinrs. Basically beginner level is the same as "coming back after a break" 🤷🏼‍♀️

I cant even begin to explain how great i felt after this one! I was hitting a bottom where i couldnt find joy in my workouts. It was very repetitive and this really brought my love for it back. Thank you so much for this absolutely delighting experienced

Me and my 12 yr old daughter completed this. Those open close push ups were a killer. Feeling it in our arms. Legs are slightly jelly. Thank u

Yahoo! Perfect workout to get back on track! It s so great to have more challenging half an hour workouts! Then I'm motivated to try them out instead of doing same old easier 15 min. Routines that do not challenge me or will make me progress....

I love her channel and workouts and enjoyed this one too. But I injured my knee while doing this one 3rd time around and still recovering one week after. So please watch your form while doing this one. Forward and side lunges can be tricky for beginners.

Ah...sorry to hear that, and hope your recovery is going well. Thanks for the advice; with quite severe arthritis, and sciatica, I was wondering about moves such as the curtsey, and the lunges, and not exacerbating the condition.

Had forgotten about Joanna's "Best and Worse Exercises for Bad Knees..." video, on this channel. It is excellent, and it should allow people with bad knees to still do this workout, here, eventually, by incorporating the alternatives shown, as necessary.

@@lauralittle6899 @Rashmi Sahu don't just " eat whatever you want", increase amount of fat and protein in your diet.hoever keep eating fiberrich vitamin rich foods like fruits and veggies...and consult a nutritionist to help you find perfect meal plan fit for you...

It's great that you both are helping people with muscle training but by no means is it beginners intermediate is more like the level unless you know how to make it beginners friendly because some of us have knee problems so please put in some different levels when doing your routines.

I would suggest looking through her videos, from the past years, as I believe that while there is not a specific Scoliosis video, there will be one about exercising with back issues. Know there is one for knee problem issues, too.
