That guy has an awesome attitude. What he said was ironic and hilarious at the same time because the business he is in. He scoops poop and he said the crap rolls up hill. This means everything that happens in the business is ultimately his responsibility. A lot of companies people work for the crap rolls down hill to the lowest employee. This is the kind of boss you want. He will have your back.

If you have a good month for you make $30,000 after you take away your expenses buy a good-looking truck how much more business you get just from having good-looking trucks. I've worked for roofers who had crappy trucks like in this video and I've worked for roofers who always had brand new F-450 dump n 250 work truck with nice lettering on the side and everything and the guy with the new trucks always got so much more work. Because it just looks like a better more respectable business. Then some guys who show up and some broken down Rusty trucks.

Hey brother, any chance you can make a video or list of starting tools one will need. I know the obvious stuff like a rake, scooper, bucket and bags. But as far as disinfectant spray as to which kind, I’ve heard of poop freezing sprays and also deodorizer for lawns n what not. Any recommendations on which products or other products I have missed would be greatly appreciated. Looking to start asap!
