Look, I appreciate the fact that action scenes now have to involve multiple cameras and rapid editing. Like really rapid editing to enhance the kinetic quality of the scene. But this is an example of pushing the envelope beyond comprehension. If you can't easily, and I mean easily, follow the action then its just a bunch of noise. And yes, its a bravura ending to the scene with Bond shooting upward to kill the dude.

Mitchell was my favourite character of the film, he was great. I emailed to see if they had a Pop! figurine of him and they said they didn't. I asked why. They said he wasn't 'popular' enough... I immediately responded by saying he was the best part of one of the best Bond films, and that I'd like a figurine of him to add to my collection. They responded, this time in a wordier fashion, that Mitchell simply wouldn't sell as he wasn't in demand. I was sickened. I was appalled. I refuse to accept this. Theyve done Mitchell dirty. Not popular to them, sure. OK. But Mitchell has a very large cult following out there unbeknownst to the clueless Pop figure employees. It was time to take matters into my own hands. After a bit of impressive sleuthing, I successfully compiled a list of all employees at the company. And one by one I began a quest of... err, 'correction'. Ok, in broader terms it's torture and intimidation through various means. TLDR; the Mitchell pop figure is currently in development ☺️🙏
