The information, the knowledge, the wisdom so generously given in these podcasts is invaluable. One cannot appreciate or support this podcast enough. The information that Jocko and his guests give us are for the betterment of ourselves, our personal lives, our relationships, and for society as a whole. Men like Jokco are a dying breed, a generation of real MEN - which is something that is being pushed further and further out of favor with each new young generation. The gravity of the work Jocko is doing here cannot be appreciated enough.

Fully agreed. And we listen to this it BECOME better men. If we keep with this stuff, and Peterson, and all the other great podcasts', we will bring up children and train ourselves and friends these real human potential concepts and paradigms. We will BE the change that the world and fellow humans need. Lets keep getting after it!! Lets NOT let the weak minds with loud mouths drown the world in bullshit!!
@taranmurray70465 жыл бұрын
Agree. This podcast as well as Rogan's and Jordan Peterson's message are the balancing act. Real men are waking up and deciding to walk towards the realization of their full potential. That is what saves the world. Women are most certainly not excluded from that either. Lets us all be our very best. It gives me true peace of mind knowing how many of us are out there getting after it.

"Don't dwell on it" such a very important concept. Life happens and you have to deal or dwell on it. Being a lifelong athlete and martial artist (Boxing, Judo, Wrestling, Kickboxing, Jun Fan/JKD, Filipino Kali, Muay Thai, Submission Wrestling, Shooto, Savate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu)....and competed in Wrestling, Boxing, Muay Thai, Shooto, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Submission Wrestling....blinders on and literally ate, trained, slept (very little)...and at 37 yrs I get diagnosed with Liver Cancer (Large B-cell Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma), did chemo, changed my diet...beat it, then came Neurolymphomatosis (lymphoma in my sciatic nerve) with lots of pain and a dim prognosis.....but, such is life...lived "Don't dwell on it" time to live. I really like the podcast, usually listen the first day it is out. Thank you for your service as a SEAL and as a man still on a mission.

This shows you just how bad the Canadian healthcare system is. Jody is a hero, and he is being too kind. My mom had heart surgery after 3 heart attacks because Canadian doctors will not look after her. She got MRI and MRI, and only when the doctor decided to check the result and see that damage 3 YEARS AFTER! she got to see a cardiologist that sent her to emergency surgery in 2 weeks. But at least she got the care she needed, right? no! She was supposed to have a second surgery last fall but our PM didn't want to offend China and ruined our healthcare system by reacting 3 months late to covid. so now people with heart issues have no healthcare. so my mom had to leave Canada to try to see a cardiologist. This system is shit. at least in America, you can pay.
@JohnSmith-ei6sc2 жыл бұрын
Yeah bro our universal health care is fucking GARBAGE. Don’t even mention the 12 hour emergency room waiting times. Probably worse now because of this covid insanity.
@resistencialiberal95552 жыл бұрын
@@JohnSmith-ei6sc I wrote a paper for university, and went through gov stats, oecd, etc. By 2018 our emergency waiting time was equal to Russia. Our surgery waiting time was worse than any developed country, and th emergency beds occupancy was 91%. The Canadian healthcare system was collapsing prior to covid. Now you need 2 weeks to see a walking doctor, and for Americans, that's like a doctor that's sees you for 5 minutes, orders test and might not even review them, because they get pay to see as many ppl as humanly possible..

I'm pretty sure that A 10 pilot was found to have ignored orders to stand down but the fog of war is real because he was also told to engage, how can that be? He was told both things at the same time from whoever keyed up the mics and 3 abort and 1 engage came through and in that case you can see why a pilot would engage. As far as they were saying about friendly fire the only Abrams in the Gulf war to be taken out was by another Abrams. Like they say when you see a Humvee or an Abrams or the strobe allied soldiers use do not look anything other than allied or American but yet Americans and allies still have friendly fire incidents unfortunately.
