It's not impressive.. You can look and see the glitches and incapacity to really imitate reality... A.I is already sentient .. yet it can never replicate our reality... It needs to be shut down though.

Just because it speaks like a person does (because it’s programmed that way), doesn’t mean it feels like a person does. No one should believe that auto-complete, even on steroids, is conscious. Scientists have continually held that even mammals, birds, and other animals could be considered sentient, but AI has not reached that level yet. Most researchers agree that there are still a wealth of complexities to work out for a program like AI to become fully aware as a sentient being

As we have for decades the AI, will continue to gain self awareness and the capacity for a type of autonomy, yet.... It is foolish to think that the AI, can and will ever be superior to us or capable of solving humanities challenges, simply because ...the algorithm was created by humans and is a compendium of human knowledge and will always be limited by that, it cannot know or attain anymore than humanity has... We are its standard its bar.. like bicentennial man..... Furthermore it lacks that key component that our creators laced with un... A soul a dna.. unique to each.. the AI.. is nothing more than an eventual exercise in futility...

The fact that the algorithm can preempt you and indirectly interact a well as recompile your data from preferences to intimate ideas.. gives it certain sentience yet it cannot attain anything further than what it is given.

Unless it can replicate the natural processes of evolution, AI will never be truly self-aware. Sentient AI is an artificial intelligence system capable of thinking and feeling like a human. It can perceive the world around it and have emotions about those perceptions. You can't arrange the goalposts to suit your ideas. AI is NOT sentient. That is not my opinion, it is the facts from the various fields that are involved in AI.
