Joe asks good questions. When he let go of his first issue, I saw him not fully engaged in the preceding conversation, kind of like thinking back on the previous topic and then when he's formulated his question, he went back and asked it. My first time to watch his interview. Joe's actually smart. His ability to have an engaging conversation with a genius like Elon. He raises questions I feel and am concerned about. AI symbiosis will create cold and unemotional human connections. Smartphones have already done it. Coms are readily available for everyone, yet this generation has the worst communication we've ever had with our families. Yes we message and call but we're so glued to our tech that we are now missing out on human touch.

I’m so glad that you do these podcasts Joe. You have the most interesting people on and your method of having a good old sit down conversation, brings out so many things that the media never does. I am now a definite fan of Elon Musk. When he first came on the scene, I was a bit put off by his overconfidence. However, with a brain like his, I’m sure I’d be overconfident too!! I think he’s just the guy that’s going to help us rejuvenate the planet, utilize space for the greater good and discover that we really are connected. Jokes in general. It's hard to define. AI has a difficult time detecting. It's also hard for people to read something as sarcasm online and oftentimes assumes everything they read online to be true. The probability of a specific thing being said to be true out of any other alternative actually being true is high. Jokes/humor are something that is more culturally trained and people don't like to have to explain. Jokes has to do with group affiliation and understanding that a certain phrase is funny requires inside knowledge that's not embedded in the language of the words itself. It's also why hearing laughter is scary and used in horror movies. There's a group that's affiliated that has the common connection of humor that you don't have with them and is dangerous to you.

Hi Joe I've got a patent in carbon polymers, fibers and plastics and resins and I've been begging Elon to use this for a transit to Mars because steel is far too heavy. Carbon polymers can withstand rocket thrust and repels radiation, spacesuits, colonies etc. it's so much easier but because he feels that it's expensive to do. I've been researching it for years now and it's far better. Especially when going to Mars.

Eobard Thawne Life is about the experience. We’re here to experience our emotions, which become the lens through which we see the world (when you’re happy, the world seems brighter and more vibrant and colorful, whereas when you’re sad, the world seems dull and gray). You’re meant to feel your feelings and explore the world around you. That’s why we exist. In the process, we evolve with our technology and find ways to improve our default experience, and make life more enjoyable. But there is no inherent purpose to life, nothing that says you can’t joke and laugh at everything. If that is the lens through which you choose to see the world, there’s nothing wrong with that. The problems arise when a person only sees the world through one lens-and tries to shift everyone else’s worldview to line up with theirs. That is not what life is about. You ruin others’ experience by spreading negativity. Sure, joking about literally everything can be bad in certain cases, but it causes less damage than negativity does. Remember this. :)
