@sirloin93485 ай бұрын
Yes. The most difficult but important part is consistency. Nearly anyone can go to a gym and bust out a good workout. Being able to do that consistently tho is very different. Especially in the first month. In the beginning, your body and mind are fighting against you bc they want to maintain homeostasis. The only way it works and stays is when you recondition yourself by replacing bad habits with good habits. That's where the difficulty is.

I'd recommend just finding a sport you enjoy and tryna just dominate in it, be as good as you can be, it's fun

@@parksed24 I did the same bro. After high school I went from 270 to 160, I'm 5 11, except then I gained it all back. Now I've lost it a second time, started losing it at 41 and now I'm 45 and at 167 this morning. I'm in much better shape this time than the first time around, more muscle less fat. It's lifestyle changes, it's never too late and you can do it again. Get after it.💪

I think of the patience it took. He didn't see results overnight. The difference in how he looked from 400 to 350 couldn't have been that significant but he KEPT GOING, and that is what impresses me. While life-time consistency is impressive, it's also a habit that someone got into, probably based on their circumstances or even need. But to break old habits and truly get yourself out of the yo-yo, up and down cycles is more impressive to me. We'll see what he looks like in 5 years, that will truly tell the story of if he's broken his old habits for good or if the yo-yo is still going up and down.
