glad to hear that man, same here i kept going over 86kgs all the way to 96kg then i would go back to 80 over and over untill i found out why.. carbs and their insane cravings for food, now i am fat obviously same as carbs calories=calories out but the extreme food cravings are SO SOO MUCH more easy to controll my willpower can easy make me not eat for 3 days water fast now, i didnt even know how hard carbs were on hunger untill i went high fat/keto, + i dont care much about how insulin blocks you from losing fat becouse i lost up to 16kgs with my chips+cola allmost daily, so i allready know carbs dont really block that, but i do honestly think it helps more then enough when i am high fat it does feel slightly harder putting on fat, and slightly just slightly more easy to lose it with very low effort i mean.

@Deimonk WORD. cause ANYONE who loses fat and works out MUST be using roids. Shit, I must be doing it too. Maybe when i'm sleepwalking. Not the 6days wk workout plus my always moving job. Not my concious effort to NOT eat junk foods. Only eating homecooked meals and being conscious about the amount of oils and salts I use. Or what's a healthy alternative. Nope..must be my sleepwalking ot find who sells roids, buy it without ever impacting my wallet or bank account, using it, laying down THEN waking up to workout...GOTTA be the roids

@@owenhunt Im willing to believe he did it drug free (ie totally drug free or some form of doctor supervised TRT) and who cares if he didnt. "it's like anything I would do, emotionally or without planning, would derail me" That's a quote that really resonates with me. As simply as it is, it's something to be mindful of as it's easy to let emotion dictate your actions - in whatever avenue of life you are traveling. While spontaneity is good, not planning ahead can lead to a misappropriation of energy and resources. Also, not having a goal can lead to all types of feelings of not doing enough or not feeling accomplished because your "goal" is always moving around - dictated by emotion, again. I'm really happy for Ethan, as I have enjoyed his roles since I was kid, and it's inspiring to see someone accomplish something that doesn't seem possible and better themselves, at the same time. I'm excited to see what kind of acting roles he will now get but moreover, I'm just glad the dude is healthy and happy.
