Man us ex drug addicts have the most amazing, mind blowing stories. I was a heroin addict for 12 years, clean for over 4 years now. But I have stories I hope my daughter never finds out, I have stories people won't believe, I have stories to make people laugh their ass off! Stealing, police stories, drug use, fighting, the list goes on! Yeah it was really fun at first but waking up sick everyday needing to make money no matter what... Well that will lead to some dark times cause I wouldn't wish being dope sick on my worst enemy! It's the worst feeling you could ever imagine, but once you scored and shot up... Easily the best feeling ever! Don't do drugs lol.

Work as an emt in boulder and I can attest to what Diaz said, homeless still commit the crimes to get out of the cold and we deal with homeless bussed in from California all the time. One of my favorites was a patient who told me they got a bus pass and a flyer about all the excellent homeless resources they had here. He was currently unimpressed lol

I met a girl from Boulder, Colorado in New Orleans, and she told me that she had no money, so she was going back to Boulder to commit a minor crime, This way, she would be sent to jail in Boulder, where she could spend the Winter.
