Dude I've gotta say it. It's so fucking admirable how you grew in the past couple of years (been following you for a long while) by learning from others. Even for me being a coach with a bacherlos degree and a masters sometimes it's hard to be humble and be 100% open to someone elses knowledge just because you know you're a knowledgable person yourself. But you really are a student and a sponge with all of this monsters of the industry like Medows, Mike Israetel, the BBM crew, and more. Honestly you set an awesome example. Just the perfect example of how being humble and learning from this guys makes you great, because it's definetly not your first day in the gym. You have some years under your belt and not only as an athlete but as a coach. Alright, enough for know. I want you to keep being humble lol. Thanks Joe, we need more of this. Really.

Does anyone know what the reason(s) are that someone would pick a spider bar over an SSB? I’ve heard that the spider bar is harder to cheat than an SSB but I don’t know that for sure.
@MasoNowa4 жыл бұрын
John laid it out pretty well. The normal SS yoke bar is trying to pull you forward while the spider bar isn't trying to pull you out of position as much

@@alextheballer20 the center of gravity is different. The normal SS Yoke bar is a weird high bar type position that is trying to fold you forward. I've never really put it to the test but it seems like it'd would be a more comfortable squat like John said
