I have never heard this song. I’m 69 years old and I thought I had heard every song that John wrote. As he started singing I closed my eyes, my heartbeat calmed and my mind uncluttered. That’s what John Denver’s voice can do to (for) you. I’m almost thankful that he’s not here now to see what’s been done to our home, from spraying toxic heavy metals into the skies which has caused the deaths of many flora and fauna alike, to the intentional burning of the forests and the polluting of the rivers.
