I have used those -- I saw no benefit. But I just ordered some hydrogen tablets that is swallowed whole, and that gut bacteria breaks down in the intestines to make hydrogen. It seems to be picking up steam.

About the first type of bottle what type of toxic gases are you referring too??

I have the same 1st bottle and I have the tablets, not sure how I feel about whether they work. I would think the gasses are released when you go to drink.
