I just graduated with a BA in Psych and this guy. He knows a lot about the brain and cognitive function, but he is greatly misusing his knowledge to say such things about a person that he had not personally evaluated or reviewed professional records of. Embarrassing. You just don't do that. His bias is obvious and it's offensive.

I know the seriousness behind the whole point of this court case. However it has to be said, from guys like this to Amber's ridiculously acted facial expressions;, her dog stepping on a bee, the hotel security guard repeatedly asked about the shade of make-up and another witness declaring "I think I'd know if I saw Mr Depp's penis" to the phrase "can we stop talking about the muffins now", and Ambers attorney objecting to his own question, honestly this has been like an entertaining movie where Johnny Depp is yet again the star !! 🌟

I do believe that this questioning of Wayne Dennison is sooooooo underrated in all of the hoopla that happened in the case. If he had not pulled this off, this Speigel actually had the potential to cause some damage to Depp - especially considering his long speech/rant towards the jury during the first part.

If anyone was curious about the litigation technique of letting someone hang by their own noose, this is a text book example. In cross examination you typically want to ask yes or no questions to limit and control what an expert witness would say. But this guy is so batshit crazy and fixated on his own ego that the lawyer just lets him go off on his crazy rants.

I was amused too at first. JD's attorney just let him rip to anchor the 'crazy' - where crazy deserved to be. I was snort-laughing and couldn't catch my breath the longer he went on. Better than some of the best Sat. Night Live skits! Don't know a better words than hysterically hilarious. OMG! Unforgettable!
