My favorite Coffee now is Organic Decaf Blend with two different Tea Bags dipped in 10 times. #1 Ginger and Turmeric #2 Pumpkin pie Spices My cream is a mixture of Coconut Powdered MCT Oil, Organic Coconut Milk (with no added Sulfur), Organic Oat Milk (no added Sulfur) and Organic Almond Milk (no added Sulfur). Organic Stevia liquid Drops (5 - 7) I eat 5- 7 Organic Blueberries and 5-7 Organic Strawberries. Then I sit down with a small bowl of Organic Oatmeal (no sweetener) and a small Organic Banana. Water I usually have a large 24-ounce cup of filtered water that is boiled and then cooled in a stainless-steel pot with lid. I pour my water from that pot and add in a squirt of lemon juice and lime juice and add a pinch of Sodium Bicarbonate and a pinch of Himalayan Salt. My digestive system was so shot my Blood pressure could hit 255/125 with a pulse of 210 while sitting down. I would wake up to it like that too. Now I wake up and my Blood Pressure is 112/60 and my pulse is 49 - 55. I am 57 years old. I also nibble on diced cantaloupe, strawberries, cherries, black grapes, blackberries and blue berries off and on all day. Some days I eat pineapple, diced pear, diced peach, grapes, blueberries, banana and cherries. Try 1/4 to 1/2 cup of those fruits every other day if you want to see how crisp your mind becomes and how relaxed and easy it is to breath. One time I experimented and eat a pound a day for two days of those fruits and on the second night, I had to breath into a bag from getting too much oxygen. So, my advice is not to eat a one-pound bowl of those fruits a day, two days in a row. This is why I just nibble on the fruits throughout the day, like Hunter Gatherer nomads would eat as they travel. This is my go-to fruit mix if I get sick. I do not do these fruits three times a day, two days in a row, if I am Not Sick as it makes me hyperventilate and I have to breath in and out of a bag for hours.

How organic is your food ? Do you hand pick and grow them? Just because a label says organic on it doesn't make it organic in the world we are living in😔. I am using home grown herbs and strawberries, blueberries and raspberries along with other veg which my parents planted. Stay healthy and keep pains at bay. 🙏🏾☺️

I grow as much of my own food as possible in my garden, and recommend shopping local farms if you can't grow your own :)
@MeaganEater8 ай бұрын
@@sweetie2298 Sadly the word Organic today is kind of false. There are several reasons for this. #1 Jets dump their wastewater over homes before they land or sometimes after they take off, for a longer than usual flight. They are not supposed to, but they do. #2 Cloud Seeding and COM Trails to increase cloud cover is part of an ongoing Global Effort to reduce Climate Change and in many cases to increase rains. As this one topic could be a book, I will just suggest people reading this research both topics. #3 They detonated over 2,000 nuclear bombs on earth from the time of the first one detonated during WWII to this day. They even detonated them in the atmosphere and in outer space. #4 Cities spray chemicals for mosquitos and it goes everywhere. on plants, into the soil and into rain gutters and into our creeks, streams, rivers and ocean. #5 Our trees and bushes drop leaves and the leave are not organic as they have everything from trace deposits of Monsanto Residue to Pharmaceuticals from rainwater. These leaves in many cases biodegrade into our soil and go into our compost. #6 Almost every water source tests positive for Chemicals including Pharmaceutical products. So, unless you have access to a filtration system to filter the water of those contaminates, you're watering with, nothing you grow is truly 100% Organic. NOTES: The Organic Certification only requires 95% of the ingredients to be Organic and Non-GMO to meet their standard and that is the Golld Standard Organic Certification. The issue with passing off products in stores and markets as Organic or Natural: The term “natural” on food labels is often misleading, and the same can be true for “organic.” Consumer Reports found that two-thirds of shoppers mistakenly believe that “natural” implies more than it actually does, and almost half assume that natural claims are independently verified. However, the term “natural” is not even defined by the FDA. Companies whose names include the word “organics” or “organic” have sometimes used this to imply organic production without meeting the necessary qualifications. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has attempted to address this issue on a “case-by-case basis” but hasn’t provided clear guidelines. Organic Food Fraud: Organic foods are frequently affected by food fraud. The USDA has faced criticism in the past regarding its organic program, but it is now making visible efforts to reduce fraud in the Organic supply chain. As organic food becomes more popular. Instances of fraud are increasing, but they can only take measures to deal with it on a case-by-case basis and many reports come in from customers so they can investigate, so we are the frontline in reporting fakes. It’s challenging for consumers to determine whether food is genuinely organic or not. The other issue is minerals we buy like Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda) and Calcium and others may or may not have an Organic Seal and also may or may not be Organic. The issue is how they mine it ad how they process it to get it clean and into bulk containers. If those processes use plastic hardware or plastic containers, then the products may have micro-plastics in them. The same goes for home growing as almost ever water supply has tested positive for micro-plastics, so watering and washing and processing our ow grown foods can expose us to micro-plastics and or forever chemicals. Closing & Answers: What is our family doing? We double filter our water and boil the double filtered water we drink and use in our foods. We also started replacing all our pans and pots with Stainless Steel, Cast Iron, Iron Clad and Glass Ware for cooking and storage in the refrigerator. We also started replacing all the plastic items in our kitchen with glass, stainless steel or porcelain. We set up a rainwater collection of 250 gallons and are setting up a filtration system to three stage filer it and then add back in essential minerals and carbonize once a week with a Co2 Canister during a 5-minute watering cycle. Plants get natural Co2 boosted water during lightning storms. Carbon is bonded to the water in the clouds and then is released to come super feed the flora. We are simulating this process mechanically. Three of us in our family are programmers and game developers, so we are pretty good with tech. Sorry if I post too much, but it is a complex issue and deserves as detailed information as possible. To finish I would say the agenda is to give our bodies the least crap as possible so they can filter out what gets inside. We boost that by learning what to take in supplements and what to feed ourselves when our cells need it. If we can stay around that 95% Organic, we are ahead of most of the world's human population.

the chronic inflammation that is going on in the joint, is this inflamamtion actually something dangerous?.. i mean, does this inflammation only stay confined to the affected joint or could the joint inflammation also spread out to other organs in the body?
@DrSusanBrown15 күн бұрын
Chronic joint inflammation is not inherently confined to the joint. While it may start locally, systemic inflammation from chronic joint conditions can affect other organs, leading to potentially dangerous health complications. Proactive treatment and lifestyle changes are key to minimizing these risks.

It's such a shame that grocery store ginger has been treated with chemicals to stop germination. I think that's why it shrivels up so badly. Once in a while I get one that seems to be shrivel resistant, and the buds are very alive, seem even to grow a bit. Then I'm really happy. Besides that, if it weren't treated we could stick some of it in the ground and grow it. Stopping us from doing that is probably the point of treating it. PS This is a very helpful video!

I have a question if you use ginger every day it not good for your blood i heard it's that true?
@DrSusanBrown8 ай бұрын
That is not something we have heard of! Ginger is known for its many health benefits, including its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It has been used for centuries in traditional medicine to treat various ailments, including digestive issues, nausea, pain and inflammation. Some studies suggest that ginger may help improve blood circulation and lower blood pressure, which could also be beneficial for heart health. If you have any specific concerns about using ginger or its effects on your blood or overall health, it's best to consult with a healthcare provider for personalized advice.

Thank you for your question! While it's true that some fish can contain mercury, the key is to choose types that are low in mercury but high in omega-3 fatty acids, such as salmon, sardines, and mackerel, as suggested here. These fish provide anti-inflammatory benefits without significant mercury risks when consumed in moderation.

What vegan foods have omega 3 please? Ive been using hulled hemp seeds, any other suggestions?
@DrSusanBrown9 ай бұрын
Hi Helena, Sources of Omega's can be found in Walnuts, flaxseed, chia seeds, Hemp Seeds, and edamame to name a few options. However, it may be difficult to get to the recommended amount of 2,000-3,000 EPA/DHA combined. You can test your Omega levels with our test kit to measure your levels. alkalineforlife.com/collections/nutrient-testing/products/omega-3-index-at-home-test-kit

Anti-inflamatory foods: omega 3 fats fish berries and ginger
@bianchaesson14418 ай бұрын
I dont eat animal foods, but I often eat raw ginger, almost daily and also have hot drinks with raw ginger (NEVER touch sugared ginger!!), with certain other foods.Berries are a bit out of my price range. It is posible to access omega 3 from other sources.

Yes, it's definitely possible to obtain omega-3 fatty acids from sources other than fish. While fish is one of the richest sources of omega-3s, there are several plant-based alternatives that can provide these essential nutrients. Here are some omega-3-rich foods suitable for vegetarians and vegans: Flaxseeds: Flaxseeds are one of the best plant-based sources of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a type of omega-3 fatty acid. Ground flaxseeds can easily be added to smoothies, oatmeal, baked goods, or sprinkled on salads to boost your omega-3 intake. Chia Seeds: Chia seeds are another excellent source of ALA omega-3 fatty acids. They can be mixed into yogurt, pudding, or oatmeal, or used as a thickening agent in recipes like smoothies and sauces. Hemp Seeds: Hemp seeds contain a balanced ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, making them a nutritious addition to your diet. They can be sprinkled on salads, blended into smoothies, or incorporated into baked goods. Walnuts: Walnuts are a tasty and convenient source of ALA omega-3 fatty acids. They can be enjoyed on their own as a snack, added to oatmeal or cereal, or used in salads and baked goods.

How to use ginger

Here are five easy and delicious ways to incorporate ginger into your cooking to help reduce inflammation: Ginger Turmeric Tea: Brew a soothing tea by steeping fresh ginger slices and turmeric in hot water. Turmeric contains curcumin, which has potent anti-inflammatory properties. Add a squeeze of lemon and a dash of honey for extra flavor and health benefits. Ginger-Garlic Stir-Fry: Sauté sliced ginger and minced garlic in olive oil or avocado oil until fragrant, then add your favorite vegetables and protein. Ginger's anti-inflammatory compounds can help reduce inflammation while adding a flavorful punch to your stir-fry. Ginger-Lemon Salad Dressing: Make a simple salad dressing by combining grated ginger, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, and a pinch of salt. Drizzle this dressing over your favorite salad greens for a refreshing and inflammation-fighting boost. Ginger-Turmeric Smoothie: Blend together fresh ginger, turmeric, pineapple, banana, and coconut milk for a delicious and anti-inflammatory smoothie. The combination of ginger and turmeric provides powerful anti-inflammatory benefits while the fruits add natural sweetness and vitamins. Ginger-Garlic Roasted Vegetables: Toss chopped vegetables such as carrots, sweet potatoes, and broccoli with sliced ginger, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven until tender and caramelized for a flavorful and inflammation-fighting side dish. Incorporating ginger into your cooking in these simple ways can help reduce inflammation and promote overall health and well-being. Enjoy experimenting with these recipes and feel the benefits of ginger's natural healing properties! Let us know if any of these sound good to you!

@@DrSusanBrown Thanks for the acknowledgement. The prescribed drugs were knocking me around, had an op and read about diet and antioxidants. Then the internet arrived I learnt more, also learnt there's information and disinformation, meaning you've got to 'experiment' to learn what works for you.
