I have this can’t go on tip toes - my orthopaedic surgeon told me knees to wall - so press against a wall, place one foot back other in front And lean forward, you should be able to find on KZbin on this channel

These exercises are great but is there anything we can do to get rid of stiffness for good eventually. I am 76 years old and had both Knee Replacement surgery done . Sis months after the second surgery my knees, hamstrings gets so stiff , it is unbearable sometimes. I just can’t rest. I do water aerobics, yoga positions and also all your exercises. Still the relief is temporary. How long this will go on? What can I do to get rid of the stiffness.
