Yep. My experience too. AVOID Jomoshop - they sold me a "new" watch that's not only obviously used, it's BROKEN. And trying to get a refund from them is a joke. Not worth whatever savings you think you might be getting.

This exact scenario is happening to me right now. Watch arrived broken, never wore it once. Sent it back for replacement, they started a repair inquiry without my consent and now refuse to give me a refund or replacement. I really wish I saw this video before buying. Please don’t buy from them, it’s not worth the headache for the potential savings.

I bought a diver's watch from Joma shop, it said Swiss made Tissot. Two years later and after the end of the warranty, I opened the back of the watch to replace the battery, I found out the inside the cover marked with: Tissot Hong Kong!!!.

Yeah, I ordered a watch, which they sent to the wrong address. Then they refused to take responsibility; the whole time their “customer service” reps were trying to talk down to me. I finally received the watch from a neighbor down the street. Even then, it wasn’t a great piece. So I’ll never again order from Jomashop.

I recently got 2 tissot watches from Jomashop and planning to buy a Tissot Seastar from them. I liked the watches, haven't yet experience any issues yet. Lets hope for the best for all of us.

I bought a new watch from Jomashop and they sent me a USED model with damaged packaging, a manual from a completely different watch and THREE LINKS MISSING from the bracelet! They refused to pay for return shipping and didn't even apologize for sending out a dud watch. I'd heard horror stories about how bad Jomashop customer service is, but thought they were overblown. Not so, the stories are true - Jomashop is AWFUL. You save $$ but buyer beware, they don't give a fig about you as a customer. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m amazed they are still in business.

I have bought 4 watches from Jomashop ranging everywhere from $200 to $3400 in price and never had a serious complaint. One time, after 3 weeks, a piece on the watch became loose - I called up Joma and they had me send it back and replaced the piece without issue. Sucks that you didnt have the same experience, but in my experience they have been great. Best From Toronto

I recently bought a new Tudor 1926 from Jomashop and the watch arrived detached from the pillow and bouncing loose in the watch box. The Tudor had marring on the bracelet between the top and bottom lugs and a ding on the bezel from the bracelet banging around. I contacted Jomashop the same day, took pictures and packaged the watch right back up. I was told that I had to pay for shipping and insurance back and they would refund me the shipping if they found damage and you guessed it they saw no damage and will be reselling the watch as new. I did get a refund for the watch purchase, but if you do decide to buy from Jomashop really look the watch over well because this is their business model, sell at all costs, even at the risk of loosing a customer.

You might want to try to file a case in small claims court. Since you have photos and videos and the emails, you might at least be able to get some of the money back.

Jomashop is garbage. They entice consumers with aggressive pricing but their customer service is garbage. I had bought a Citizen Nighthawk and the second hand was loose and I asked for a refund and they said the watch was damaged and it was well worn so they couldn't refund me. I called them the same day it arrived. It was never worn. Instead they repaired it. So, now I have a repaired watch that came broken. They are total garbage.

Similar experience with Joma. Wish I had seen this first. Had bought cheaper watches from them no issue. Bought my first high end Omega planet ocean from them. Meant to be new came out of box with badly re-polished lines all,over casing. Was not new. They offered to repolish again. Considering how badly they did first time will not risk it. Not worth the savings. Read these comments and shop there at your own risk.

I just recently Purchased a Watch from Jomashop, and Guess What? You Guessed it! They Jacked up the Order! They actually Sent the watch to North Carolina, and whats wrong with that? I LIVE IN IOWA! The website sells fake Swiss brands, or genuine Japanese brands like citizen Seiko and Orient that you can find cheaper in your local mall sold by Macy's and Kohl's.

I just had a BAD EXPERIENCE on Jomashop. I ordered a Wristwatch, and it Never arrived. They were very mysterious and did not offer me a Reason ( as to why ) I never received it. Now they want to offer me $5.00 Less on my Refund. I would Honestly STAY-AWAY from Jomashop.

I believe all the watches are made in HongKong as there are so many people making exactly same copy watches with almost good quality..I brought a fake Rolex from them for about 200usd .. almost similar except the glasses were acrylic and luminous dials were terrible 😂 .. Hope it lasts for at least 2 years since they offered 2 year warranty

I bought a Hamilton Khaki lists at $600 for &400. It came obviously new and so far has been great. I was aware that they are a discount dealer and I would not get a Hamilton warranty. It’s a gamble to deal with discount businesses and you have to weigh that against savings. I would not buy a very expensive watch from an unauthorized dealer. It is very disappointing to hear of your awful experience.

Jomashop is a reputable company. Never had any problems and thosands of customers are happy with them. I don't believe they would ever sell a fake watch. Maybe it's possible to have 1 slip through but I don't believe they would do it knowingly.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience. I’ve purchased 3 watches from jomashop; all Seiko. I returned one because I didn’t like it. They refunded me the money fairly quickly. The only issue I had was that the first watch was out of stock after I ordered it. It was a bit of a hassle, but found another watch I liked and payed the difference.

It’s like anything else , you get what you pay for . I never had an issue with them I returned multiple watches and some I kept . You got to remember though . Unless otherwise specified you’re never going to get a warranty card you’ll get the box and made an instruction manual but no warranty card because they cannot give you a warranty they’re not an authorized dealer that’s why you’re able to get the watch at such a discounted price. The key is it when you first get it examine it carefully but don’t open it up or size it Until you know you’re keeping it and you’ll never have an issue.
