Jonas here 🙋‍♂️ Thank you all for your kind words. I just want to clarify that I tapered off all pain meds after the symptoms had disappeared, without any issues. I have been off pain meds for 4 months now, symptom free.

This gives me so much hope with all the pelvic/sitting/nerve issues I’ve been experiencing for the past seven months. Thank you so much for sharing your story. Healing is possible and this is proof. There’s so many questions I have, but I think the main point is that you healed from all of it. To know that there can be a normal life again is everything. Thank you.

@Jonas36457 Hey Jonas, can I ask how you got hard flaccid specifically? What were the symptoms like for you? I have somewhat the same going on for years, complete sexual dysfunction, tissue changes (shrinkage, veins…) and hard flaccid and numbness. It’s horrible because it’s so existential and it’s so physical. Literally a body part that changed shape. I’ve had it for years. I’ve known about tms/pdp for years too but it’s not improving. I’m glad for you you healed in two months, but somehow it’s not working for me and I fear it’s something else.
@Jonas36457
@Jonas36457 Ай бұрын
@@afkVahn Hi. I have no idea how the hard flaccid started. I don't think whatever theory you tie to the onset of the symptom really matters (edging etc.). Even if there was a slight injury at some point, it healed fairly quickly. What remains of symptoms are neuroplastic. In my opinion, the reason why you still have your symptoms, is that you still fear that you have something else. Of course, rule out any major injury, but if your injury was not extreme (or no injury at all), it always heals. Its just how the body works. Your fear and preoccupation with the symptoms are likely what is keeping them going. A TMS procedure will heal you, but since you still fear its something else, its difficult. Just my two cents. Best of luck.

I don’t mean to disregard other pains, but pelvic pain truly is such an especially distressful pain. It’s so nice to hear these success stories. Especially since there are so many negative stories in regards to prostatitis/pelvic pain
@thelaceygirl

Yes it is very distressing and as such ramps up anxiety more so than other pain, in my experience. Also, the pudendal nerve, in particular, is connected to our fight flight (limbic) brain so it has that “extra” level to it :(

Thank you so much for sharing a story containing such vulnerable symptons. I had some similar sensations for two years, general sensitivity in the pelvic region among other unpleasant things quite similar to yours. I lived in constant fear. Now I understand that it all happened after I went through a very traumatic grief in my family. It only improved after I got a new job, felt productive and recognized, and focused my attention outside of my body.

Thank you for your story. It gives me hope. I suffer from pelvic floor dysfunction since 8 years. I lost my whole sexuality basically over night. One day it was fine the next it wasn`t. My whole genital area is cold and numb no libido erectile dysfunction just nothing. Besides that I have pain all over my body like rectum shoulder back . I have anxiety disorder and because of that I think i developed those symptoms. In my pelvis it feels like there is something terrible squeezed so I thought I have pudendal neuralgia. I`m just 32 years old and I miss dating girls having a relationship... I tried the physical route for years without improvements maybe little temporary improvements...My symptoms are always there 24/7 but they change...sometime a bit better sometime extremely worse...I don`t know much about tms and where to start but all this physical stuff doesnt work so I will research more about tms

@@Jonas36457 Hey man I haven`t found a solution yet but I will try the tms approach. Somatic tracking is this like meditation where you feel your pain without resisting against it? To hear that you had numbness and recovered gives me so much hope. The sexual symptoms are the worst

@@Jonas36457 Hey Jonas thanks so much for doing this video. I have a question. I am also dealing with extreme numbness, so when you did Somatic Tracking, how did you focus on the sensations if there wasn't any sensation due to the numbness? Thanks.
@Jonas36457
@Jonas36457 Ай бұрын
@@ryanburch3092 when you stop caring about the numbness, it will eventually stop. The numbness might be because of muscle tension, but not neccesarily. Either way, when you stop being preoccupied with your symptoms, tension/numness or whatever other symptom will resolve, but it takes some time.

I had this me thing in 2021. It was horrible. Pelvic pain is terrible. Completely debilitating. Ultimately, I realized it was mostly in my mind when after a few months of it I had a total mental breakdown. I slowly recovered from the mental breakdown over the course of a couple more months and when I came out the backside of it my pelvic pain disappeared. It has come back twice since but only long enough for me to notice, say ‘hey there’s that pain again.. oh well, it’ll pass. It;s just my mind is stressed’ and sure enough within a week or two it passes.

@@HoodMan19 it doesn’t matter whether symptoms are painful or not! You go about them the same way. I feel like you are still pretty bothered by it. And understandably so. It takes time to don't fear this type of issue. My theory about this condition is the source of the problem is mind thats clear. The busy mind getting thighter all muscles that provides all sexual organs. And some times makes this areas inflamed. Some people use drugs like antibiotics and non-steroid pain killers to calm this inflamation and its help a bit. But you have to cut this problem from the source. Because imagine u've got a huge source of water it's coming from spring and you ve have a wall to blocking this. Your wall has tons of holes because of the power of the source. When u use drugs ure putting a mud to this holes and it flows of couse can't resist to this type of power. You have to cut this proplem from source than your body will have time to fix things. I'm sure the TMS approach is cure believe it and do not fear doing anything thats the cure for sure.
