What is your plan. I need a better plan if you dont mind sharing. I am 40, actually just turn into 40. Need to know if you went on a very strict diet, do any other exercises besides Jordan, since you said you been following him for 2019. Please I ask, I hate spending on another program. I like to add, if you follow Jordan, did you pay for his app? I am debating to get his app, but idk.

@@DSPNWtoCali Hi, I've been with Jordan since he started, I'm 48 years old😊 I cut out 99% of sugar, and I eat whole foods only, plus fruit and veg, I take a daily turmeric, cayenne pepper, ginger elixir, which keeps my immune system healthy, the app is well worth it. If you want to know more please get in touch. Just remember it's 70% diet 30% exercise...you can't out exercise a poor diet. 😊💪❤️

@@DSPNWtoCali Thank you for asking. For me, it involved about a year of mental preparation. Then, I slowly started cutting things that weren't good, like wine. It took me eight months to stop drinking any alcohol at all. By cutting out wine, I had already lost five kilograms. After that, I reduced my macronutrients, increased proteins, decreased fats, and significantly cut down on carbohydrates. All of this, combined with roughly thirty minutes to an hour of intense strength training and cardio every day from Monday to Saturday. This helped me lose sixteen kilograms. All the health issues I had, especially with my bones, disappeared. My skin cleared up, and I felt in better shape. So, I decided to stick to this routine until now. This year, I turned fifty, and I've never been in better shape than I was before. Today, I drink a little bit of wine, but not much-only on Saturdays, with my wife or friends, as I no longer enjoy the taste of alcohol. I prefer shots of ginger

Solid level 4 EX! Good intro that allows you to warm up. The extra bit at the end of round 2 is rough. 😂 Thoughts on the following: Option 1: use this 2024 routine Mon / We’d / Fri and pair with L5 cardio Or Option 2: level 5 cardio MWF and this on T/Th/Sat 🤔

Hey, your workouts are really great and most of this particular video workouts can be performed by absolute beginners( except a few push up ones, lunges etc.. not as perfect as you may be ) but can you suggest/recommend some good inner support for groin area to support testicles while exercising which is important to keep them stable as many health professionals suggest for preventing hanging differently. I am asking you very politely. If you use any, or suggest please mention.
