I feel like the oddly specific measurements add so much fun to the process, since usually I just measure everything somewhat close to, let's say 100g but when you give me 99g, I'm taking it as a challenge to be as precise as I possibly can haha. Thank you! Umm Im not too sure but I feel that they can be frozen after you roll and slice them? But then you would have to adjust the baking time!
