The book you reference is a good one. However the message is... write a list and try to do 2 things or 3 a day. That way it is not overwhelming and you after a bit get it done. Not the definition of insanity doing the same thing over and over. Also .... I'm just starting on Ebay and they don't charge me anything unless it sells up to 250 items per month. I also have been only working for myself since 17. Started on Etsy to learn. Going to hit Ebay big time. You have many good points. Just seems family or wife makes you feel inferior and you are on a mission. Good for you. Show them!

Awesome, man. I am in month 4 and yes, falling over my skis sometimes! lol I am trying retail arbitrage already because I've been a "pro shopper" for litterally decades but still. You have to have a pretty good tolerance for risk to do this as the cash outlay is $$$. I ordered my first cosmetic bulk buy and it arrives tomorrow - woohoo! Excited to see what's in the box, but my understanding is it's tried and true drugstore brands :-) Love your sales on MAC products. I am sourcing them but at a MUCH higher cost right now. Your small appliance sales inspire me. My Salvation Army has them priced much higher than you are finding but I find them at yard sales and also people just leave things outside for FREE so I am picking them up. Will need to test them. I like it when you show the listing big as I can see your title, photo, shipping offer, etc. So much to take in. Thank you!!

For one of the items you mentioned it cost them $70 dollars for shipping and will cost you only $25 dollars. When ebay gives us the option of "buyer pay for shipping" isn't the shipping taken care of by the buyer? How does the $25 play into this? I may just be confused.

Jake, do you use a hazard sticker when shipping a lithium battery in items using ebay label? I ask because I'm getting conflicting info from my post office. I'm shipping a camera with a metal lithium, also shipping a meat thermometer. Both have the hazard listed on the ebay label, I entered the hazard info when purchasing the labels. One post office told me I don't need anything else but the ebay label, the other USPS told me she didn't know but most customers also add a hazard sticker like a 3091 or 3481. Thanks!

Hi Jake, love your content. I have a question that only a few might be able to help me answer. I picked up a Sony RM-AAU055 A/V receiver remote. All the buttons put out a signal except three on the right. The three that don't show a signal while viewing through a camera phone are [BD/DVD MENU] , [DISC SKIP], and [D.Tuning]. Is this normal? An internal function for the remote itself?

A little bit but you can promote for as little as 2%. I've seen recommendations to do 4-5% you don't need to do the recommended 11+%> it gets more views and clicks.

You’re not allowed to sell things on eBay that take a medical prescription. So every time he list glasses, he always says frame only to make sure he doesn’t get into trouble. Same as true for any medical device that takes a prescription.
