Another good workout. Most of the burn is coming from my arms and shoulder though.

Yep, that’s because a lot of it is vertical and horizontal pressing by design. You can certainly bump up the weight more on the back exercises to get more targeted back work in there as well.

Questions I just now hit every machine in the gym. One set as hard as I could go til failure Catch breath Next machine same thing and so forth. Then stopped cold no cool down. 1. Is this an effective workout 2. 30 mins post workout and my heart rate is still high...did I push too hard 3. Should I have cooled down (maybe light cardio)?
